This is where most of the organ transplants occur. The hospital is managed by the government, and anthros often work here in order to memorize the faces of anyone they may need to hunt down in the future. It is one of the nicer buildings in town, though many windows are also smashed in, and renegade yins, yangs, and superhumans often infiltrate the hospital in order to steal supplies.
