This three-story mall is now nothing more than a run-down playground for renegades. The shops inside have been long emptied of anything useful, though occasionally, unwanted clothes may be put back on the racks for others to choose from. Many superhumans that work for the government mingle with other yins, yangs, and superhumans to rat out anyone who has not given their organs back.
